Returns & Exchanges
At White River Hardwoods, we take pride in our craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your architectural wood carvings and mouldings. If your order does not meet your expectations, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Initiate a Request
Contact our customer service team with your order number and details of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully repackage the unused hardwoods in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.
Ship the Items
Send your return package to our distribution center using a trackable shipping method; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned wood for resale condition, we will process your refund or store credit within 7-10 business days.
