What types of wood species do you offer?
We primarily stock our products in Poplar and Cherry. However, many of our profiles are available for custom order in Red Oak, Walnut, Maple, and other premium hardwoods to suit your project needs.
How are shipping costs calculated for oversized mouldings?
Shipping is calculated based on weight and dimensions. For mouldings over 8 feet, orders are shipped via LTL freight to ensure the structural integrity of the wood and prevent damage during transit.
Do your products come pre-finished or unfinished?
Most of our architectural elements are shipped unfinished and sanded, allowing you the flexibility to apply your own custom stain, paint, or clear coat to match your existing interior decor.
What is your return policy on custom orders?
While we accept returns on standard stock items within 30 days (subject to a restocking fee), custom-made profiles and modified carvings are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Are your wood carvings hand-made or machine-made?
Our products feature a blend of traditional craftsmanship and modern technology. Many of our premium collections are hand-finished by master carvers to achieve a level of detail that machines cannot replicate.
Can I request a sample before placing a large order?
Yes, we offer sample pieces for most of our moulding profiles. You can order these directly through the product pages to verify the scale and wood grain before committing to a full project.
